- The minimum stay at both houses is 4 nights.

- The nightly rent for La Chapelle is € 149-, for Le Petit Paradis € 98,- in low season (October-May),
     € 198,- and € 149,- in high season (July and August), and € 175,- and € 124,- in June and September.

This includes sheets and towels.

- When booked outside of airbnb or natuurhuisje:

           - Deposit for damages and missing objects is € 250, refunded within two weeks of check-out.

           - Your booking is confirmed when the full amount of rent and deposit have been received.

- The obligatory final cleaning fee is € 75,-. If you stay more than one week, you will receive fresh sheets and towels and a thorough clean of the house each Sunday (€ 75,-).

- Both houses are strictly non-smoking.

 

- Pets are not allowed.

 

- You are expected to be respectful of the surrounding nature and silence of Domaine d’Al Chai.

 

- As both La Chapelle and Le Petit Paradis are situated in age old surroundings, you are fully responsible for your own safety and any bodily harm. Your stay in and around the houses is entirely at your own risk.
